Elder Update

Dear Fountain Family Members,

The Elders met on October 27th, 2019 to receive an update and to review and approve next steps on the building process.  Many of the bids are finalized including site work, steel building, asphalt, masonry, carpentry, drywall, lumber, insulation, roofing, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, caulking, and overhead doors.  The Elders approved these final bids and commencement of the work as managed by Greg Guffin. 

Ron Smalley and Greg Guffin are continuing to work with contractors to review and achieve final pricing on the remaining bids including flooring, cabinetry, doors, security, audio, worship & stage lighting, baptistry, septic system, furniture, projector, partitions, landscaping and stage.  These bids will not delay our ability to begin the construction process.  Ron and Greg, on behalf of the Elders and The Fountain, are working to ensure the best pricing, no overlap in bids, and risk management with the remaining bids.

Please continue to pray for Ron and Greg as they lead this effort on behalf of our Heavenly Father’s will for the Fountain.  Also pray that this entire process be completed with our Heavenly Father’s guidance and to His great glory.
